The hidden teacher-wellbeing trap
There is a gigantic wellbeing trap for teachers that most will not recognise. We get into teaching for a multitude of reasons but most of us stay for the same reason: “this work means something to me” - far beyond a paycheck or a pat on the back.

Changing the education system and lowering the administrative burden may currently feel out of reach, but truly looking after ourselves and each other is not.
