CO-FOUNDER & FACILITATOR

Megan is deeply passionate about the wellbeing of staff working in complex settings. She works as a consultant with schools, organisations and not-for-profits to co-create and maintain wellbeing communities within their settings. She also works as a lecturer of positive psychology at Monash University, teaching post-graduate psychology students. She spent twelve years teaching and leading in alternative schools for young people who have experienced trauma and significant disadvantage. She studied a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and has a graduate certificate in careers counselling. Megan understands that wellbeing is not something you do to your team, but it is something that is created together.

CO-FOUNDER & FACILITATOR

Jack is a teacher on the lands of the Yolngu people in remote Northeast Arnhem Land. Formerly a senior consultant at Berry Street, he has facilitated learning in school settings around Australia designed to foster social equity and trauma-informed wellbeing between teachers, schools and communities. His passion for whole school and systems change processes led to the creation of the trauma-informed integral leadership approach with Berry Street. A Teach for Australia alum, Jack also draws on his past professional experiences working in public service and social innovation organisations, and holds a variety of qualifications in education, public policy, international relations and languages. He cares deeply about co-creating school systems where everyone's wellbeing and learning is valued.

CO-FOUNDER & FACILITATOR

Paul is a seasoned educator, facilitator and leader. He has enjoyed working in youth development and education spheres for 20 years and has qualifications in positive psychology, social science, management, education and human services. Paul brings a connectivist approach to his work and life, engrained by lived experience and emboldened by his diverse work and academic studies. Working as a wellbeing consultant in Auckland, NZ, Paul is passionate about helping systems to become more wellbeing conducive through cultural transformation. Paul is a dad to three boys, husband of a talented educationalist and loves connecting with his people, places and purpose.
